DAY 3 (I'm not counting weekends): Happy New Year (Chinese) that is!
Lauren is into...no, obsessed with China and all things Chinese. So, for FHE tonight we are all celebrating the Chinese New Year. Go year of the OX!
We are having Orange Stir fried chicken with rice. We will be eating with chopsticks. Fortune Cookies will be involved. We are also figuring out what our Chinese Zodiac sign is, what that means, and how to write our name in Chinese.
I'll try to post some pics tomorrow and let ya'll know how it went.

Sounds like fun!!!
We had our big family FHE and we ate Chinese food and watched fireworks. It was cold, but they are so much safer and prittier in the snow!. It was fun. I will try to post later!
