Easter eggs and Easter Dresses
My Mom made these dresses for the girls and ordered their beanies too. SO CUTE! Taylor hates having her picture taken, so this is the best we got.
Isn't my Mom lovely?
Here is my boy, all dressed up with a tie and all. He thought he was hot stuff!
Here he is, and he's all mine! I am a lucky woman!
This was at Rigby City Park where they have a egg hunt every year. The kids were freezing. Carter decided that he liked the smarties, and the shiny Reese's. He'd pass over everything else. Too funny!
These pictures were from Sunday. We had an egg hunt in our front yard. Quick and fun! We'll have candy from now until Halloween.

Digi Scrappin'... Is it the shizzle dizzle or what?
So, I'm beginning to hear (and see) a lot of stuff about digital scrapbooking. Is this awesome or what? I'm thinkin' that even I can do this! I'm not much of a paper scrapper cuz it's too much stuff laying around. Too much stuff for my 3 kids to get into. If it's all on my computer, it's safely tucked away where only I can get to it. So, I am looking for info from anyone who reads this on how to get started. Best software? Freebies? etc..? So, if you are a digi scrapper and want to help a girl out, give me a hollah!

Will Spring ever arrive?
So...I was excited about Spring until we got the stupid snow last week. You'd think that I'd lived long in Idaho long enough to know that Mother Nature likes to get your hopes up and then dash them with a snowstorm and cold spell. So Depressing!
But, this afternoon, I went out into the yard and found my daffodils growing about 2 inches above the ground. They made my day. Just thinking about them makes me smile. Still several inches of snow on the ground in a lot of places, and these flowers are doing there best to brighten my day. So, yahoo for daffodils! Yahoo for Spring...it'll arrive eventually.

Cannon Weekend...
So I thought I'd share some photos of what we did over the weekend. It seemed too short! Sometimes it seems we have too many commitments to just hang out and enjoy each other's company. But, here are pictures of the moments when we did take time to "smell the roses." Carter discovered the magic of Bubble Gum.
He also discovered that Bowling is FUN. He loved to watch the bowling balls come back from the end of the alley. He didn't care how many pins he knocked over, only that he got to push the ball.
Lauren attempted to bowl without the slide-thing. She did pretty well, too. Taylor loved to see how heavy of a ball she could carry, and even got a strike! We won't discuss what Jason and I scored. (Jas did pretty good, me...not so much.)<
Let's see....What else happened? Oh yeah, Lauren lost her other front tooth, so now we have our very own hillbilly! LOL! She thinks it is cool, and she got 3 Washington dollars from the tooth fairy. Taylor said this morning that it must've been from Dad and not the tooth fairy, cuz Grandpa Cannon gave Dad Washington dollars. That Taylor is a clever one.
So, here's to another weekend gone by. A weekend filled with judging festivals, job fairs, shopping trips, cleaning, Sunday callings, a few good times, and lots of love. May there be many more to come!
